Created for senior leadership teams and boards our DEI Leadership Development Series provides the skills leaders need in order to center DEI best practices in their decision making. 1-1 Executive DEI Coaching

Offered by our founder Stefani Vargas, this service leverages Stefani’s 15+ years of experience in DEI leadership in order to support leaders in their work. Coaching is confidential, judgement-free, and designed to build confidence. This service allows senior leaders to enhance their DEI knowledge base, elevate their performance and that of their team, and seeks to create confident leaders grounded in inclusion and equity who can comfortably lead by example to create a culture of belonging. 

Board Member DEI Training & Development

Stone Hearth Consulting offers board development sessions designed to empower and excite board members to lead their organization with DEI best practices at the forefront of their work. Stone Hearth Consulting will work directly with your board in order to strengthen their DEI knowledge base, increase their awareness of DEI’s role in governance, enhance board engagement with DEI related initiatives, and implement best practices.
